Rush for Gold - Fundraising Events
Rush for Gold 24hr Run - Thursday September 20th, 2012
A one man, 24-hour, non-stop run. Our very own ultra marathon runner, Andy McAnally (Causeway Natural Health), will run begin his run Thursday, September 20th and finish 24 hours later on Friday, September 21st.
Make a pledge and guess the distance he will run for a chance to win tickets to the gala Dinner on September 21st, and have the opportunity to sit at the head table with Lyndon and Brianne.
Run Agenda
7:30 a.m. - Kick Off Breakfast: September 20th at the Humboldt Golf Course. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. This event is being sponsored by the Humboldt Golf Club. Proceeds will be donated to Rush for Gold.
8:00 a.m. - Run Send Off: The 24-hour, non-stop run will start from the Kick OFF Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. sharp.
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch BBQ on 6th Avenue: Join us on 6th Avenue by the Museum for a hamburger, Olympic donut, and a drink. Come out and meet the athletes and get an autograph. This event is sponsored by the Humboldt Taekwondo Club and the Humboldt Broncos. Proceeds will be donated to Rush for Gold.
7:30 a.m. - Wind Up Breakfast: September 21st at the Bella Vista Inn. Join us in cheering Andy on at the finish line. Breakfast will include eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee and juice. This event is sponsored by Bella Vista Inn and Rookies restaurant. Proceeds will be donated to Rush for Gold.

Time: Cocktails at 5:30 p.m., Dinner at 7:00 p.m., Program to follow.
